Yes that is Barr Lake and I loved that shot too. The sellers are motivated to sell, so they priced this home very well. I would be happy to show it to you if you are interested. It is about 20 to 25 minutes from 120th and I 25.

What a beautiful shot of the water. Is that Barr Lake? This home seems very cheap for the square footage. Is that the normal going rate fro homes in Brighton or is this one just priced really low? Lastly how far is This from 120th and I-25?
